Why Centime Group Development requires funds?
We invest enormous energy and resources into completing extensive research to identify ideal land acquisitions that we can value add to. Considerable time is invested in analysing market trends, preparing feasibility reports and working closely with our network of partners including town planners, councils and the architects to determine the value and suitability of a site for our projects.
The Centime Group raises funds for soft costs of property development, offering guaranteed returns for investors. Opportunities arise for investors because major lenders do not fund soft costs during construction.
Security
We use the land and previous projects as security for the Lender. The interest on loans take up about 10% of development profit which we are willing to pay to enable us to source more great deals.
